Vestibular Rehab

What Vestibular Physiotherapy can offer:

If you are living with a constant spinning sensation, dizziness, disorientation, imbalance, or unsteadiness - often associated with nausea, tinnitus and headaches.
Vestibular rehabilitation can help!
These symptoms are debilitating, they can make you feel isolated, frustrated and anxious. But the truth is: these symptoms are treatable. With the right advice and expertise - tailored rehabilitation and specialist manoeuvres can completely abolish dizziness and vertigo, and you can start to regain control over your balance, and your life.Vestibular rehabilitation is an evidence-based and clinically proven treatment for balance symptoms, including Dizziness and Vertigo.Vestibular exercises and manoeuvres work by promoting recovery exactly where the problem lies - often within the inner ear or somewhere along the connections between the inner ear and the balance centres in the brain.
If there is any disruption to these connections, it results in the sensation of dizziness and imbalance.
Specialist advice and exercise techniques gradually promote compensation within this system, and essentially strengthen the inner ear connections and balance mechanisms.By following this approach, symptoms of dizziness, vertigo and unsteadiness start to disappear, and balance control and confidence returns.
